Not too sure if I'm a fan of baby food. We were on a positive track with the green beans, squash, carrots, etc...but all of a sudden the meat came and that was all I could take. Rarely, do I finish half of a jar of that stuff. However, I do like mashed potatoes, oatmeal, and yesterday I had grits. Pretty good. But my mommy is going to start cooking greenbeans and carrots until they are kinda mushy. It will taste a bunch better. It's got to! Oh yeah, love Nilla Wafers.

I helped celebrate a very special day last Saturday. It was my Daddy's birthday. He does so much for me that I wanted to take him out for one of his favorite foods.....fried green tomatoes. I am truly a daddy's girl. When we got home we had a suprise for him....whatelse?!? A birthday cake! It sure does look like something I would like to taste. Happy Birthday Daddy! I love you!

Not much going on this week. Last week was kinda busy. Tuesday, I went to see Dr Ritch for my nine month check up. I am 16.8lbs and 25 inches long. My head circumference is 17. He was very pleased! He did comment that looking at my mommy I probably wouldn't be very tall and not to be too disappointed if I didn't receive a basketball scholarship from La Tech. He was proud to know that I was crawling everywhere and very pleased when he walked in on me pulling up on the wall. I like my toys, but not as much as finding something to grab and pull up!

Saturday night we went to dinner in Natchitoches to celebrate New Year's. Happy New Year's everyone!!!!!!!

It's always been a tradition that we 'ALL' stay at Nonnie and Gene's for Santa. I went to sleep, and about 7 am Christmas morning everyone wanted to go see what he brought us... Look how crazy it got!

Wow! I really had a wonderful 1st Christmas! Christmas eve we went to church. I was so sleepy that my daddy had to take me outside because I was kinda 'praying' too loud. :o) After church, we went back to Nonnie and Gene's to open up presents. That's where all the fun began...
